I would love to get a Mossberg but I have a Rem. 870 express that I never shoot

The 870 has to be the most accessorizable shotgun out there. Every where I look there are literally thousands of accessories for the 870.
Licking someone's face is a quick and 100% foolproof way of ending a conversation.

It's true but, the mossberg 500 and maverick 88 are right on its heels.
I prefer the 870 myself... and the only real complaints I have with 20 gauge is in my area its expensive and hard to come by.

Certainly the Remington 870 is right up there with the Mossberg 500 in all respects; just your personal preference or availability. I like them both quite well, I just happen to have a Mossberg.
